I have been going to Ben's Loans for over 35 years I have purchased many different items from them mostly gold jewelry they have also done alot of custom gold work for me with beautiful results any problem I ever had we worked it out I have read some of the other reviews and I know myself that they can come off as kind of "snobby" at first until you get to know them but once you do they never forget you and treat you real good I will go nowhere else when it comes to having someone work on my jewelry even though I now live an hour away
