I Went to Subaru for an oil change and to get my weather strip replaced. When I got there they had informed me that they never ordered the weather strip. I asked if they could do an inspection instead and they said yes which I thought was nice. It took almost three hours for the oil change and the inspection. They said they could give me a ride home to get my new registration with the shuttle and I waited an hour for it. When I finally checked in with them at 12 from the waiting room. They said it was being washed and to give them 10 more minutes. When I was finishing my paper work getting ready to leave they said that the tech was at lunch and didn’t get to wash it. It was never vacuumed and the coolant and wiper fluid were both empty. They said the part would be on Tuesday and they would call me and when I didn’t hear back a week and a half later I called the manager. He apologized and said they had the part and that when I went in he would come out with a voucher for me for my next visit. Never saw his face and never got a follow up call. Normally I don’t complain and am super patient but being a new mom who is breastfeeding and your baby is at home crying because she is hungry is the worst feeling in the world. Super disappointed in this place.

I just drove a new crosstrek home happily if a bit poorer! Darryl was the sales associate who worked patiently with me over both weekend days to find the best car for me given finances and available cars. He has a gift for listening, and gives his full attention even after a full day of working with demanding customers (like me:))! I had previously worked with Kane who was also a super supportive salesman. I am happy in the end I purchased the car, thank you!

Dealer Ted Free was fantastic. The perfect mix of business-like and friendly. We ended up buying a used Subaru, but Ted was not the stereo-typical "used car salesman." He was great to work with :)

My wife and I needed to replace our old car. Ted, Cain and the other staff were thorough, offered competitive pricing for the used car we were interested in, and promptly answered all of our questions whenever we had them, both in person and by email. Easy to work with. Glad to get a solid deal and a great used car. Highly recommended!

Wow. I called and scheduled an appointment to test drive a Crosstrek stick. The only one they had in stock. Arrived at my scheduled time to be told the person who I was supposed to meet with was too busy to see me (after I drove over an hour). A different salesman assisted, which was fine. We waited for a good 15 minutes for “weird news”. The car we came to see was up on a lift getting upgrades. There was not a single other Crosstrek stick for us to test drive! So we wasted 2 hours of our time and we were set to buy the car as long as we liked the test drive. Their loss!!! Also will add that I made it abundantly clear we were only coming the distance to see that specific car because it was a stick. Common courtesy would have been to call us before we drove the distance to tell us the car was either sold, or getting upgrades and wouldn’t be the price we’d want any longer. It was all just shadey. At least any other dealership was honest about the fact they don’t have a stick! Livid that we wasted 2-2.5 hours of our time in a Saturday afternoon!

Horrible experience dealing with this dealership. My husband & I were looking for a used car for our son. We were shown several cars on the hill in the back that are sold “as is” we found a 2009 Honda Fit and agreed on a price. After test driving we asked them to check the ac since it did not blow cold air. The salesman assured us they would put it in the shop the next day to let us know if it needed to be recharged or if it’s a bigger problem. We also spoke to the general manager who reassured us that they would hold the car and get back to us tomorrow. No one ever contacted us we called them several times left messages with no returned call. We finally reached our salesman 2 days later, he said give me 5 mins and I’ll call you right back, never heard from him again. Our teenage son was so disappointed, he really liked the car and was so excited being his first car. My biggest complaint besides that fact that our salesperson was a complete scatterbrain and obviously the general manager has low standards on how they conduct business is that they could of just said NO to the sale of the car. It makes no sense why they put us through all of this especially knowing this was our son’s first car. The good news is we ended up finding a nicer car for our son at Toyota of Clifton Park and received great service from them.
