Feedback:

My mother and I have banked here for many many years. I have always been pleased with their customer service and helpfulness and wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Feedback:

This establishment is a great place to bank. Despite the disparaging remarks I just read from the only two reviews published here at this time, I have been doing business here for nearly forty years and have had a positive relationship with the institution and the employees. As to the rules about not allowing hats and certain other clothing, I was unaware but if the place was robbed and the employees feel unsafe I would think the customer could understand this. Obtaining a loan, moving funds from one account to another, checking balances, paying bills, making deposits or withdrawing funds......all of these things can easily be accomplished online, on the phone, or in person at the BFCU branch or any of the participating cooperating credit unions in the area. I recommend this credit union to anyone who is eligible to join, take advantage of all it has to offer and learn about all the available tools at your disposal.

Feedback:

Although I've been banking with them for the last 20 years, I'd rather drive 20 minutes away to a "universal" credit union rather than the 5 minutes to them to do a transaction. From them not posting my husband's credit card payment to his account twice, to them yelling the amount I'm depositing for everyone to hear. On more than one occasion they have posted a deposit to my savings rather than my checking (as I indicated) I have to double check that the transaction was done correctly and if not, I correct it on my computer at home. I only stay with them for the convenience, definitely not their "professionalism" or lack thereof. They would benefit to do some retraining on discretion. Especially having been robbed a few times. Speak in a lower tone so the person behind me does not know what I am transacting. "You want to deposit $400 to your checking?!!" Just read my deposit slip, why are you questioning it? And if you must, do it discreetly. That is very annoying!!

Feedback:

I have tried several times over the past year to like these people. And they fail me every time. Today was the final straw. Because they have been robbed recently, now you cannot wear hoodies, hats, sunglasses, or carry a cell phone into the branch. So today after being sick with a cold for 4 days, meanwhile it's 20 degrees outside, the lady tells me to remove my hat. I say, ma'am it's not a fashion statement, I've been sick. "It's our policy", she replied with the sternest face possible. I removed my hat politely. My question is what if I were a cancer patient or an alopecia patient embarrassed about a bald head...would she insist? I'm sure rules are rules...but when I am depositing over $3k into my personal account, I hardly think I'm a suspect for robbery. I'm done with them.
