What a horrible lender was sending online payments for a year, I had an extra digit on my account for payment they kept accepting payment then sending it back. I kept calling them after about the 4 th person they caught it.Numerous email complaints not one answer.The phone people are friendly, it’s a hassle to pay by phone..... I can go on and on.... I’ll walk before financing anything with Bellco again. I hate them with a passion

I have been waiting for my check after closing my account over a month ago. They finally are going to resend one but need more paperwork from me again. They won't except signatures by scan and since I have to mail in a physical copy I now will not receive a check for about another week or 2. Getting your money back after closing an account should not take 1-2 months.

I’ve been a loyal customer with Bellco for nearly a decade, used them for various loans etc. I’ve had a small amount of money ($8.20) in my account to keep it open for future business. Recently I was mailed a statement that had 2 made up “dormancy” withdrawal fees, one for $3.20, the other for $1.80 all in the same month of March 2018. This was done without prior notification and seems like this is a made up fee. I’m considering this theft, regardless of the amount. They took my remaining balance and closed my account. I guess my $8.20 wasn’t green enough for them to consider actual money. I’m not expecting them to refund me, although I’m thinking about writing the better business bureau and hiring a lawyer just to make a point. You can’t just remove someone’s money because they don’t interact with your facility as much as you’d like them to. THIEVES. I’d rate this 0 stars, but that’s not an option. I’m coming for you Bellco. I WANT MY $8.20!!!

Bought a new vehicle and the dealer set up financing with Bellco fcu. When I got my paperwork for my loan it read that I get 6 months of car washes from Mr. Car Wash (formerly Cloister).Went on Friday to pay my first installment and to find out how to take advantage of the car wash. I was told you have to do the financing in person at the bank to qualify. How disappointing, it wasn't something I asked for, it was something they sent me telling me I had it. The woman behind the counter did offer to let me refinance my other car loan so I can get the car wash........No thank you!

Don't try to call this financial institution... No one seems to answer the phone.. If you can even get passed the automated phone numbers... Worthless..!! Answer the dam phone !!!
