Feedback:

We sent an application and support materials in the beginning of June, 2019 and was told that we will get the loan in 45' days. Today is 9/15/19, a Bellco mortgage lady still asks for the information that we submited in July. Go figure!!!

Feedback:

Quite literally the worst phone services ever. I must talk to at least 3 people every time I want to pay my auto loan. I also have to jump through hoops to pay automatically. Come to think of it, at the moment I’ve just been on hold for 35 minutes to pay my auto loan bill, only to have been redirected. It never fails.

Spent 2 months trying to refinance out home when others going elsewhere were done within 2 weeks. Nothing could be signed digitally to fill out the application. Who knows what my login for Bellco is anymore, I have called gone into the locations and nobody can tell me how to get onto my account and now we have a home loan through them that apparently they never sell so we are stuck with them for 15years at least. They wanted me to setup auto payments for that....nah haven't been impressed with the credit union through the years I will pay my home loan from my other bank that actually works

Before I even fell behind in my car note I called explaining my circumstances and asking to defer a payment before it got out of control. They refused to do so. I still found a way to sell personal items and pay. Then you take $600 out of my personal account which was more than 1 months of payments. I paid $50 a week later Any extra money I had even if it was barely anything I paid to show my efforts. Then I call the collections department numerous times asking to speak with management. Each time I left a message or spoke with a rep and was told I would get a call back it never happened. Then you repo my car. Because of the legality of the situation the repo place didnt even make me pay to get my stuff out the car. I called after to still try and make arrangements and still no call back. Then Bellco goes to my grandmas house and forces her with court papers that i was served and she told them numerous times i do not livethere. I wasnt even in the state of Colorado. Then you send my case to unprofessional FRANCY LAW FIRM JANET is so rude andunprofessional.still havent gotten a call back from either establishment. Francy couldn't even get the garnishment correct lol this is a joke. Anything to make an extra dollar off people who are already struggling. Not to mention I was a member since 12 years old. Shame

1st time visit, I needed to speak to a banker. I was verbally attacked by 2 men, that did not even sign in. Banker didn't do or say much, until I advised to check the sign-in book showing who is next. Online registration is 1k years old!!!! Worse credit union ever!!!!

I rarely leave poor reviews, but jeez, Bellco's internal processes always seem to be a mess. I knew this from a few years ago when I got a car loan, but they have only gotten worse. When I got my HELOC, there was a bunch of confusion, that took hours to hammer out. They instituted a new online banking portal with a number of glitches. I was like what the heck is going on with my account, so after a number of calls and confused reps, it was determined to be "just confusing" and "a glitch". Also, every time I tried to see my statement, it errored out. This happened in both IE and Chrome. I never got an answer for that. Now they instituted new security measures, and yes security is extremely important, but their processes are a mess. Their new measures, in comparison to my other banks' heightened security, seem poorly thought out. For example, it asks for "any of your account numbers" when you want to reset your password. Seems simple enough, but it wouldn't take my checking account number. I called and the rep said "when that happens, you should try one of your other account numbers" This is concerning, as it seems like a vague solution to a problem they shouldn't have. The only other account number I have is for a loan. I've had paperless billing for this loan for a long time, so the only place I have the account number is in storage an hour away. The only other option I have is to go into a branch. I am out of town a lot and for long periods of time. I asked the rep, "What is your process if I was out of town?" and she had no answer for me. Bellco's lack of attention to detail with their new web portal and continual display of poor process really makes me question what's going on that we don't see. Again, I know security is super important, as well as a good website. I'm glad they are upping their game, but other banks and CUs seem to do a much better job in both areas. Caveat: most of the Bellco employees I've worked with have been beyond great. I often get the feeling that they are just as let down by these poor processes as I am!

Horrible company do not do business with at all especially car loans i ran in to some hard times i tried to see if i could roll a coupple of Payments to the end of my loan.i was denied i missed a payment and they called saying they were going to repossess the car in order to keep it and stop repossession i would have to pay two months in advance and the past payment which i could not afford and it was repoed.then a month later i was served court papers they were suing me for the whole balance after they sold the car at auction and didnt deduct that from it.oh and i was served two days before the court date.i spoke with the attorney and she said that they would dismiss it and allow me to make a payment arrangements i agreed .she said they will contact me in 24 hours to arrange this i waited no call so i called them was told it was transferred to another office and had no contact info.last month i applied for a home loan through a better cu to find out they put a lien on me never notified me of it and i was denied the loan i have been trying to contact someone to try and clear this up with no avail phone systems runs you in loops and then you sit on hold for hours just to have them pick up says sorry office is closed and hang up after you have been on hold for two hours worse cu ever do no use this company i am filling a complaint with the bbb.

This bank is the absolute worst. There phone system is horrible takes 25 min. just to get a human and then its pretty much it's a call center whom they can't answer your question. I have a car loan with them and I wish I didn't. Don't bank with them at all. The worst customer service EVER!

Seems like a consistent note on Bellco reviews, hang ups by customer service when having to deal with challenging issues. Also signed up for a Bellco Visa jointly with my wife and the card has only one main person with access, not both of us. The rewards program , which they heavily market, is totally separate and Bellco send no information on how to access or how it all works. So the assumption would be they want people to not know how to access and eventually not use points.Feeling duped by Bellco right now. Luckily have other banking options.
