Feedback:

So i called the collection agency yesterday and spoke to an agent Audrie in regards to my car being repo by sat jun 16 and she had me on the holding line for 15 mins to get answers and then we hung up on ok intents but then however the same teller calls me back and i found out she went asking about my situation two other tellers and did not have my consent to do so

One of the worst of its kind, Some times it feels like all the idiots got under one roof and one can find them all here. The call center supervisors Dana, Saul & Amber are the most irresponsible, arrogant, disrespectful customer facing people I have ever interacted with. If you'd have to reach out to their customer support a few basic need will also take forever for them to fix. They never accept their own mistakes and would be ready to blame everything on you. They need a lot to improve just to even stand in this competitive market. and facts like the disputes of charges may take up to several years to get you some resolution on them since they don't even bother to take care of for you and they don't have any department It's all third party services. I reported my concerns several times but nothing to surprise that feedback and other complaint doesn't bother them at all. I finally got tiered after banking more than a year and decided to move ahead in life and leave them on their own.They claim they have 1000's of Atm's somewhere in the world but it would be never close to you where you need. and if you luckily find one either that will accept a withdrawal or deposit only or even they charge you for that who knows. The banking transactions shows twice and you may end up paying the credit card charges twice on the transaction if you're not carefully monitoring your wallet.If you want piece of mind and a bank which can hold your back stay away from this bank and find better option and in one word this is not the bank you can count on for your needs. They never have answers for your questions and their followup and call backs never even comes to your way.I would have rated in negative starts if there would have any option to do so.

Do not do business with them. Tried to make my first payment as they did not see me a payment book on time and they wouldn't let me make a payment do to not knowing the answers to some security questions they pulled off of the internet. Now they are going to charge me because they keep saying I didn't send them a copy of my insurance card. Stay away!!!!

Tried to do the responsible thing and make sure my car is being paid on time just to get screwed over by them. They withdrew 2 accounts for the car payment instead of 1 as I had called and spoken to someone to make sure they were not going to withdraw my old bank causing me to go negative. Called spoke to someone else and nothing was resolved and it was my fault. After almost 2 weeks of calling and emailing I got an answer that they would return the car payment but they still had to check into paying for the fees that they caused for me to get charged. Was told that she had to review it because they did not charge those fees themselves. During this whole ordeal I was told that my automatic payment for the old account had been canceled just to find out after calling to verify I received accurate information well guess what? Its still active! Im trying to make sure my car payment is not late and they can bot do their job right! Do not get a car loan with them!!! I even asked if I was able to pay more into the car and I was told that I wasn’t??? Why not?? Oh so you can get more interest money out of me??? Honestly people look into different options before getting in anything with BCU!

There are so many better credit unions. I was a victim of fraud, let me reiterate VICTIM. Every account i had there was closed because I fell victim to a scam. The fraud department caught it before any damage was actually done and I never used a single penny of the money. I tried to explain this situation with physical evidence of my innocence and it was for nothing. I recieved late fees from so many buisness's that i used BCU for automatic bill pay. I lost 2 months worth of pay from checks being lost in the mail because my direct deposit went there as well. I really dont like this place. No matter how much they advertise like they have their members best interest they are just another big bank in it for the money to line their pockets with your money and rob you of your peace of mind. Just remeber whenever you walk into a bank that seems overtly friendly you are witnessing wolves in sheep clothes.

I have been a member with BCU for 10 years. Just about everything I’ve financed has been through BCU. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. I would highly recommend BCU to anyone looking for an amazing credit union.

Had major issues with my x wife still having access to accounts even after I was assured by multiple people that she would not. She withdrew money and BCU apologized and said tough luck. Awesome guys!

Never do business with this bank, I’ve been a member for about two years now and they’ve scammed me out of so much money. Their loans department is terrible. I have a car loan with them & then increased my payments for a pentality I’ve been paying the penalty for 5 months and not 1$ has gone towards that or to my loan! Never again! I will be filing fraud with this bank worst bank to do business with do not give them you’re money !!!! Most representatives help & others don’t even care they just transfer you a thousand times instead of trying to help you or hang up on you

Some of the staff is great and actually care and help some just give you the run around. I’ve had them for over 6 years and it’s been a rollercoaster
