Feedback:

Thanks for Nancy & Lisa for helping get my father in law's documents notarized. Nancy Lisa and Vicky were very helpful in getting the process complete and giving comfort to my father in law.

Feedback:

This bank is not open to the public and should not be on my GPS. I am infuriated that I went 30 minutes out of my way as an out of towner only to be turned away by a 20 year old security guard saying its within a private community.

Thanks BB&T for making me wait for over a half hour on the phone THREE TIMES in the past twenty-four hours just to find out my new log in information. Without any actual tech support (because you oh so helpfully only provide over-the-phone assistance), I can't log in to my online account by just being sent an email with new login information. I've tried my regular Susquehanna info, and even reset my information AT the bank, only to come home and find out that it still doesn't work!!! Is this a joke? I can't pay my car insurance, I have no idea how much is in my account, and at this rate I'm not going to find a solution any time soon because I AM STILL ON HOLD!!!! I am switching banks ASAP because your phone customer service SUCKS!
