I opened a business account six to eight weeks ago. There has been one mistake after another. The address was wrong so the checks were returned twice by the posr office. Of course, when I called to find out why I had not received the checks or the debit card, no one will check to find out why, they just have it reissued, so it is returned again and again.The debit card was returned three times before I received it. The checks that I finally received just this week we're printed wrong of course because the address was wrong initially. The business name was not completed on the checks either. When you call there's no one that can help you properly. Short answer is that smile, apologize, do it again. No one stops to figure out why the mistake happened in the first place. Whoever you open the account with will give you a business card. When you call and ask for that person they're not there, or in a meeting. Leaving a message is futile.I seem to have found the BB&T branch in Forestville to my liking but I'm sure, in fact I am positive that I'll be opening an account somewhere else very soon.I think that had I went to the Forestville Branch initially I will probably be very happy.
