Yes, it's a bank, and they have rules to follow handed down by regulations, and corporate, what makes this bank my favorite are the people. They know you by name, they will do whatever they can to make things work(within the limitations of rules and regulations) but just darn good people and a bank who has been good to me for almost 20 years

The ATM never works at this location. My business is not conducted during regular banking hrs. So I try to do most of my banking through the ATM witch is rarely operational.
