We had an outstanding experience with Bay Equity, Ryan Parker, and Amanda Schard in Glenwood Springs. This was my first experience buying a home, I had a lot of questions, I was in the middle of family and job-related crisis. Needless to say, I was having difficulty; Amanda and Ryan were supportive, kind, and had creative solutions to each problem as it arose. My husband and I are so grateful to Ryan and Amanda for their consistent, excellent work ethic, and their exemplary knowledge. It could not have happened without them.
