They were very kind when i entered the shop and they love to joke around im always laughing when im inside the store. Iam very comfortable inside the storemy family has been customers of this shop for a very long time.and we never had a problem with them

Very rude and disrespectful.I will never use this place again.They are behind sending out notices and will ask to keep your slip, but say it isn't their responsibility to let you that your time is almost up.Total rip off. Very unpleasant experience.

Greedy/Disrespectful/Robbing the Community <--- says it all...Bad experience today.... Took a Jackson Soloist guitar..(retails for $600+) and I needed a little over $100, to fill my Son's Prescription....They wouldn't even Make and offer on a pawn or to sell it outright. This guitar is in Mint Condition with a hard shell Gator case.. the Case alone cost (retail) $129.99... Then he goes into telling me that 'off brand' guitars just don't sell well.... Jackson, and 'off brand', I think Jackson is a Higher end Mfg. Then on the way out the door, still with my guitar, some black guys asked if I wanted to buy some 'boy'... apparently that's slang for heroin.... THIS PLACE IS A TRASHY JOKE.... you should and your friends should boycott this place.
