Feedback:

The worst! Lost credit card, I thought, they had it for weeks in their branch and never called me, even though I had called the customer service number and to have ANYTHING done there takes so long.

This is absolutely the slowest bank I have ever been to I go to this bank different time on different days for my job an it doesn’t matter slow slow slow to the point that my boss is thinking of moving his business accounts to another bank which I hope he does

This bank is ridiculous to deal with. I closed my accounts. The staff is slow and rude, the manager doesn't care and has no customer service skills. Go to a different branch or better yet switch banks.

Feedback:

The absolutely slowest drive thru for banking that I've ever experienced. In today's world, there's really no excuse. Customers use the drive thru for convenience to save time so to be kept waiting in the drive thru for extended periods of time is really inexcusable. Hire more tellers to occupy the drive thru. It's not rocket science.
