FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!! Terrible... just terrible. Returned the equipment. Took it to the back and returned after 40 mins or so and told me that the machine is in good working condition and everything was OK. That was June, 2016. In July 2017, I got a collection agent demanding $89 + bank fee... WHAT? Why didn't they charge me AT THAT TIME WHEN I RETURNED THAT DAMN machine? The agent from US Bankcard service whom I worked with previously is only repeating since it is in collection, i MUST pay the balance... but what balance? I know I am not the only one who has experience this,... we should go to a class action on this.
