The bank service was kinda slow but I can still accept it. The one thing I could not was the guard rudeness. Please learn how to be hospitable and polite.

Told me to wait till 6pm coz the system offline..i waited from 4.30..came back at 6pm but they said they were closed..i ask nicely can i come later but got ignored..tysm

Very disappointed. Come at morning, no one else there but the number is not being call. See the staffs talking-talking like there is no ppl. Then after a while, just call the number when asked when is my turn. Then, they said offline and ask to come in evening. Like seriously?? Then coming again at 2.30pm. The staff said not sure if already online and ask me to wait and give me new number. Then, again still offline. So whats the point asking me to come again in the evening?? Totally wasted my time.
