Why is it there A.t.m is always down this is such an inconvenience since they don't open on SaturdayGet it together bank of the Sierra time to upgrade tour atm.....there slow an always broken down

Worst experience ever! I have banked with the Bank of the Sierra for over a decade. I've had nonprofit accounts here. But after my last experience, I've decided to take our business elsewhere.Most of the time I used Bank of the Sierra it was in Bakersfield, Porterville and Fresno, but when I moved to Tulare, I started to use my local branch on Prosperity; it was big mistake. This location is full of rude inconsiderate tellers and the management there isn't any better. They constantly questioned my deposits. They even called my husband to check to see if my checks from him were real - he has bank account with them as well. They called over the manager multiple times when reviewing deposits I made. They even had me explain a refund check from my mortgage company. Last week, I had another issue, they asked me to come in and then when they took too long - they decided to do nothing - they asked me to leave the counter because they needed to help other people - the bank was empty! The teller that did nothing made faces and gestures to her co-workers to show her frustration with me. The witch just wanted to go on break. She and her manager refused to help, so I called the Porterville branch. The Porterville manager fixed the issue over the phone.If you live anywhere besides Tulare use this bank. If you live here, go somewhere else. They deserve every curse word you can think of. I will close our accounts, my parents accounts and make sure our friends go elsewhere. Please investigate, they are ruining your brand.
