I tried their signature Miso Larmen. Noodle is okay but Soup is extremely salty. Their paper place mat says "since our soup is very healthy, you should drink all their larmen broth. etc... " I tried my best but could not. Obviously, the current taste is far from their original head chef's. To make matters worse, fried topping on the larmen makes the soup too oily.Optional topping is also expensive even raw garlic and spicy miso paste. (usually Japanese larmen shops offer these inexpensive topping for free.)For I like their group Ukokkei ramen Ron's taste, I expected their larmen quality before i tried. However, I was deeply disappointed with their quality.
