Client Review on Bank of the Philippine Islands

I waited for 3hrs only to find out that their system for opening account is offline so I had to go back the following day and experience waiting for 3hrs again. They only have 2 booths for person who wants to open an account or inquire about their service but the people lining up can be ridiculuos. Even senior citizens had to wait a long line tho they have a separate booth. Worst experience in a bank EVER.
