Overall Feedback:
Very poor and slow customer service section. There were only three of us in line and queue was not moving for more than 30 minutes. Staff were more interested in chatting than finishing their work quickly. There was even one customer who skipped line to one staff who chats a lot. They seem to be close. Very unprofessional!
