I have used this bank for years. I have lived overseas for a good portion of this time and have been very happy with the service they have provided for me.

Be aware that this bank will loan your money to individuals that have Judgements (more than 1 or 2) listed on their credit reports. These are people who have borrowed money in the past and have not paid it back ever.You therefore may have to pay a higher interest rate or additional fees to cover their debt
