Feedback:

I can't say enough good things about this Bank. The folks there are friendly and the management is awesome. I was shocked when I saw some of the reviews here and am not one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after reading this garbage. Don't listen to the reviews and give them a shot.

Feedback:

Now Bristol Morgan Bank: Worst banking experience ever. We almost lost the home we were purchasing because of misinformation from their loan officer who quit right before our closing date, leaving our loan a mess. After several delays on their end (and working with our THIRD loan officer), we received a call from someone in management not involved in our loan process accusing us of being the reason it was taking so long. We re-financed elsewhere, even though it cost us more in the end, just to have some confidence in the bank we were working with. Awful experience.

Great Bank

Feedback:

Great customer service and very personable. It was a great experience during a stressful time with the relocation of a house.

Feedback:

I have been with Bank of Oakfield for just over a year now with my business. Since switching I have had the support of loan staff, and even Ryan K the president of the bank , in expanding my business. Friendly and courteous but more importantly they listen. I came to them upon a referral from another small business owner and they sat down with me and listened, they heard what my needs were and found a way to help me. Support for small business is key these days and Bank of Oakfield has been a great resource to me and allowed me to not only expand, but become more successful.

Feedback:

Do you farm? Are you looking for an ag lender that will lie to you, deceive you, illegally not hold up their end of contracts, and try, unsuccessfully, to force you into foreclosure? Then this is the bank for you! They'll jack up your payments when you least expect it, string you along with false promises, twist and change your words, and make your life a living hell! Just ask for their chief ag lender!

Feedback:

I had an account for over 8 years at Bank of Oakfield and I recently moved to Chase because of several reasons... BOO's online banking and website is almost as terrible as their customer service. I have requested my online login information over 5-10 times in the last few years and I still have not been able to login to my account through a computer or their online application. This wouldn't be an issue if I lived in Oakfield but I live in Madison so this was very important. I called today because I received a letter saying that I was overdrawn... I called the bank and they transferred me to three different people before I spoke to the President, Ryan Kamphouse. I explained the whole situation to Ryan (over his speakerphone) and he basically called me a liar and said that he would not remove or come down on the fee's for a long term customer having issues with the login and he was willing to lose a customer over the $40. He also wouldn't give me his direct extension to call him back to close my account. I have never been more unimpressed with any sort of customer service interaction. Makes you think, if the President of the Bank is that way, how can any other employee be different? I would advise you to take your business elsewhere!
