She is very professional, has such a sweet personality and all of our questions and concerns were quickly answered by her vast knowledge with the financial wisdom that she possesses! We are so grateful for her commitment to us and feel we were very fortunate to be able to work with her. I dont have an account here but I get Bank of Oak Ridge checks from customers tipping me so I frequently visit. They are ALWAYS so polite & helpful. Nice atmosphere, lollipops for the kids, & just a quaint little bank. If I ever want to open another bank account, it will definitely be here. Also, the hours are pretty awesome. Bank of Oak Ridge is awesome! Banking made easy, PHENOMENAL customer service and they offer so many products! From the insurance department, to mortgage and loans, to the overall branch experience, they are top notch!! Everyone is so easy to work with, knowledgeable and provide superior customer service, taking time to walk you through any and all banking needs. I’ve been banking (business and personal) here for years and I would never consider switching to another bank. My home branch is on Pisgah Church. The people who work there are pleasant and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service, especially Jake and Tina. I actually enjoy going to the bank because of the people!
