Their ATM did not dispense my money but it was removed from my account and they refused to give it back to me. It was taken out of my account and the manager basically told me that I need to wait until they find out "if there is an overage". She was not willing to help at all and told me to contact Chase.

Great place. Between all the branches this one and the hackensack branch, Are the most helpful. I used to live by the branch in haworth and Harrington park so I have an accurate feel after banking at all 8 of them. It is a great and growing bank had some time to dig its heals in and is now really taking it seriously after quite a bumpy road in the past they fixed all the bugs in the app and overall experience
