This is a best bank in Rwada, good service, fast loan service and Overdraft, friendly staffs especially in loan department like Jay P, Innocent and Irene, they are helpful, if they can't help, know that they did their best to give a better servise on time, some friendly staff like Eric, Geoffrey, Emma and Syllia.. Thank you all and thanks to BK . The only problem is Main Parking which closed due to Car free zone entrance ( KN 4 Ave)Under parking is big enough but due to entrance and checking, it make queue at the main road (KN 74 st)
