In this branch their is no token system. senior citizens are standing in queue for 2 to 3 hrs for doing any transaction of their pension.The staff behaviour is very rude against the senior citizen and customers. They demand for unnecessary photo ccopies and after getting it done they don't accept the photo copies, as if they have tie up with xerox person.
