Have had to wait on the phone for customer service rep for over 45 minutes! This has happened the last three times on different days and times. This is unacceptable and poor business quality. BOH fix this problem asap!

Spoke with phone representative regarding notary, was told to walk in anytime between 9 and 4. After arriving was told I must schedule an appointment.
