I'm so done with this banks overprotective Shazam Security System! Can't pay my Metro by T-Mobile phone bill on line. Constantly get security holds on even the cheap ebay purchases since the sellers are nationwide. Waiting an extra week on an $11 Bluetooth Speaker and a $4 USB cord because I didn't know they were blocked until I checked my voice mail. Have been working and tweaking the security filor a solid 12 montgs now!

No notary service, no 3rd party checks ( kids b-day check from grandma), everything is an extra charge.....not the type bank I need. See bank response? Makes a lot of sense for someone that protects your hard earned $$$?

They are very professional! Defintely do an outstanding job with all their customers . Kinley Baker does a fabulous job at helping small businesses grow . She deserves a raise and a vacation. I almost wished I would of never switched to Arvest Bank . Those guys are very unprofessional and don't honor their word. I will definitely do what I can to set up another account with you all .
