Feedback:

This bank is the worst! They are never available to speak with you about anything you need help with, they instead send you to a voicemail but don’t return your call and if you call back they just don’t answer the phone. Don’t wast your time, money or energy at this place!

Feedback:

Great hometown bank, good people

Feedback:

Good bank. Friendly service.

Feedback:

I have used this bank forever, go to them when ever I need a loan, always courteous. Their hours are bad, but that’s Trenton Ga for you.

Feedback:

Great people, prompt service. I'm not fond of no Wednesday service indoors, but it's a small town community bank. Many local big city banks have limited Wednesday hours anyway, it's not just a cash store... One just gets used to using the drive-thru nearby after 2 on Wednesdays, there are PLENTY OF worse things to complain about, as a local resident, that don't involve this bank. I only frequent three businesses in Trenton (seriously), and this is one of them. Better than waiting about 20-25 minutes inside or driving thru the OTHER local bank....

Feedback:

This bank is so stupid as of Sept. 2017. These people have no idea how to operate a bank. These people sent out new debit cards to customers without making their customers aware and deactivated their cards without telling them. Many people found out after their cards were declined at area businesses when they tried to make purchases. This company's management needs to be called into question.

Feedback:

Be open on Wednesday and Sunday. You are here to serve your customers. When your bank account information is stolen on a Tuesday and there is nobody there to help you on Wednesday it is infuriating.

Feedback:

Access to your money is frustrating, period! If you want to make a online transaction, if you want to travel and shop "Outside THEIR blocked area" You have to call and get them to "Unblock" it. You are allowed to spend $500 per DAY, but if you have any PENDING transactions from previous days (even though that amount has already been reserved from your spendable balance) they subtract the pending balance from your daily $500 daily spendable amount. Forget going out of town on a whim on Saturday after 12:00 PM, bank closed. So no calling to get permission to spend your money! Nope, your money is locked down until Monday morning. Today is a PERFECT example, I went online to order checks, tried to pay for the checks with my debit card from Bank of Dade.. should be so simple, right? NOPE... even ONLINE transactions outside of their "BLOCKED" area have to be approved! The company I order my checks from online has to call the bank to get a "OK" from the Bank of Dade... CHANGING BANKS TODAY!!!! Good Bye Small Town Bank!

Feedback:

Great staff of local folks that care about the community and their neighbors. I trust Bank of Dade and the people that help us when help is needed

Feedback:

Debit cards randomly stop working. Terrible hours, so if something goes wrong, you're screwed until they're open again. You'll save a lot of money with this bank, mostly because you'll never have access to it. The staff is nice, I guess, but politeness doesn't pay the bills. The money you can't access does. Honestly not worth it. My fiance and I closed our accounts and will never return. We wanted a small local bank, and ended up hating it since the beginning. TL;DR: This bank sucks, don't go there.
