If it weren't for my job utilizing this bank I would never go here. Like everyone else has stated this massive location usually only has one to two tellers working and expect to be waiting in line for well over 15 minutes like I have been doing.

I've lived in Stamford for 3 years, and this branch is awful. Usually very understaffed with only one teller working at an extremely slow speeds. For being in the heart of downtown and being extremely busy, you would think they would hire more tellers. But I guess Bank of America rather you go to Chase bank if you want a speedy transaction with your money and decent customer service.
