This is the worst boa I have been. Bad service. Even the banker is not polite and helpless. Anyway it made me lost a business and waste my time. Thinking to move all my personal account and business account to other bank. Highly recommend not going to these location. Feeling so bad.

No one helped me literally waiting for 25 min before anyone even asked to help me. One rep just kept passing by me to and nodding and not even asking to help . I asked another lady for help she said one second took off to the back and never came back

I have gone into this bank twice. The first time it was very difficult to get someone to help me. But was finally taken care of by a representative that took care of answering a question. I went today and asked for them to check the status of cashier's check issued. They refused to even look up the check number and insisted I needed an appointment to have it reissued or stop payment on the old one. But they said they were all booked. They did not offer available times considering my time constraint. They would not even provide a print out of the issued cashiers check and insisted i set an appointment but once again did not say what was the next available. The manager said they were busy that day but continued to walk around the bank. There was no line at the tellers and two representatives were with someone. I told her I spoke with the customer service line and they directed me to go to the bank and give my account number, and check number, to start the process. The manager responded by saying she wished the customer service would stop giving incorrect information. She redirected me to the same customer service line. I called the line they once again told me that I need to go into any BOFA branch give them the check no, amount, and my acct. number and the bank should be able to assist me. I am tired of going in circles. After 15 + years, I will be banking elsewhere.

Went to this bank at 9:37am to withdraw money. They told me they didn't have any bills larger than a $10 and didn't have enough $1, $5, and $10 to give me the money I wanted until they had a delivery at 11am. Aren't there any laws that requires banks to have our money? Stupid Bank Of America.

A representative refused to help me. I had an online payment issue and wanted to figure out what's happening. He never showed any interest in knowing my situation. He did not even try to ask questions to solve the problem. I later figured out by myself that the issue was because of BOA. It is unbelievable such person is working as a customer service.

Service is mediocre. I just wanted to use the atm but some moron seems to not understand how it works and an associate is ignoring him to talk to boyfriend. She finally got the moron to go to a teller.

I was not able to withdraw 10 $ from the atm machine as i had to go inside the Bank of America while i was withdrawing 10 $ for 1$ each as counted by my own to check i realized to see the handwritten 12 on top of the dollar bill near the ANNUIT side as i was unable to pay for my purchase of lottery and other of my food purchases related at the gas station before due to the cashier's refusal was unaccepted for my payment as i eyewitnessed meanwhile also as i explained before . Makes me more careful to be sure checking ahead of time my own not to experience the same before as unrushed to confirm by checking detailed on my own and by the employees .
