The most unprofessional, uncaring, deplorable customer service of any bank in the OKC metro for business banking. Avoid this banking institution at all costs if your business needs involve any level of online banking, remote deposit, merchant services or the most basic banking services.Be prepared to suffer through weeks and even months of delays and arbitrarily made-up road blocks, wasting inordinate amounts of your time trying to chase down anyone who will provide you with the ability for your business to operate even the simplest forms of business banking, all while receiving the most glib responses to your inquiries that are met with complete indifference and apathetic fecklessness.Save yourself a world of frustration and use ANY other bank.
