Bakhtar Bank has zero level of customer service, zero level of privacy at each counter. When I got a ticket from the machine and my number announced to attend a specific window, the banker asked two to three other people in the same time in the same counter. In fact, there is no respect of a customer's turn and her/his financial privacy. I shared this issue with the Manager of the branch (Pole Sorkh Branch), he insulted me for my complain and told me that I should get out of his room and he said we understand what to do. He told me you need to train yourself instead of pointing out our work. It was really sad and I cannot wait to get out of Bakhtar Bank forever. :(
