আমি গত তিন মাস যাবৎ চেষ্টা করছি আমার ব্যাংক একাউন্ট নম্বর চেঞ্জ করতে আপনাদের আসানসোল অফিসে, কিন্তু হচ্ছে না ,আমি দীর্ঘদিনের কাস্টমার ,আমার সব লোন যথাযাথ ভাবে ঠিক সময়ে শেষ হয় lআমার এই মুহূর্তে কোনো লোন নেই ,কিন্তু নেবার ইচ্ছা আছে, তাই নতুন একাউন্ট নম্বর দিতে চাই lআমার লাস্ট লোন এই অগাস্ট মাসেই শেষ হয়েছে lNo. 4F2ECF57951248. কি হচ্ছে আপনাদের আসানসোল অফিসে? আমাকে জানান ,আপনারা একাউন্ট নম্বর চেঞ্জ করবেন কি না? App ভালো নয়
