We are due a credit that has never been issued. We signed up and were charged an initial fee of $2000 with the written understanding that if their software would not work with our website that we would get a refund. It didn't and we haven't received the credit and now they are non responsive.

AVP Solutions handled our merchant processing for over a year and did a great job for us. Unfortunately the acquiring bank decided to shut our payment processing down recently with no warning due to the nature of our products. Tammy at AVP offered us plenty of solutions and were professional in the handling of our account. If you are in need of a high risk merchant account, they can definitely help you out! -Joe

I have worked with AVP for a few years. I work with Angelina. She is one of the most reliable and consistent people in customer service I have ever worked with. This type of customer service reflects highly on AVP.

AVP solutions charged us $2000. for set up costs. The merchant bank they connected us with costs us 14% of every penny we earned. Than we were cancelled as a client, losing our set up money we no attempt to make it right. The merchant bank said they had nothing to do with the set up costs. They cancelled our account after 90 days for not having the volume they wanted.

AVP has been very responsive to my questions and concerns getting us off the ground! They were calling to check with us right along during the start up phase and have been great in getting problems resolved. Customer service is terrific and we are happy with the service.
