This company is very poorly organized and run. They are ametur loan officers and they lie and lie and lie. They will promise you one thing and when it comes time to close, they will turn the tables on you. Also, the words customer service mean nothing to them. When you speak to them, its as if they are doing you a favor by talking to you about gettting a loan from them. Move on! Find someone else!
