I would like to inform you and share with everyone my appreciation for Audrey Sawaya and Eduardo Yumet. At times I called both Audrey and Eduardo, they have been patient, accommodating, understanding, and very knowledgeable of all matters at hand. I feel it only be-fitting to acknowledge their hard work and professionalism. As a father, a retailer, and as an owner I thank you for having them at the helm in assisting us.

Steve Page approached my wife and I at our business, Northwest Paintball Park, and made such an instant positive impression on us that we quickly decided to work with him. He clearly was concerned for our success and put us into such a state of trust with him that he got our full attention. Obviously commands the knowledge of his job and helped us with every step of the process, even some follow up checks too. Thank you Steve Page for putting my business into a much better situation. Dan Leggett and his team are incredible. Out of all of the companies that we associate with, none respond and take care of our needs faster then Dan. He is positive, knowledgeable and we give the highest recommendation to Dan, his team and AGMS.

My experience in working with Dan Leggett is that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field, honest and a rare example of what an outstanding customer service experience should feel like. Being in the business of providing customer service for over 35 years as a professional sales representative, sales manager and now a business owner, I can speak from experience when I say AGMS and Dan have gone the extra mile for our business. When it comes to the credit card business there are two kinds of sharks. One type of shark that will do everything possible to try and eat your hard earned lunch or the type of shark that looks out for what is best for your business needs. AGMS and Dan have consistently went above and beyond to earn our business with a can do, ethical, honest and competitive approach.Lastly I will share a recent experience I had with a competitor of AGMS trying to get our credit card business. After sharing my current experience with Dan and ADMS the competitive rep actually told me that what I had across the board with AGMS will be hard to be beat. Keep up the good work Dan.

Lauren Kagy is my rep and is the best. Any time of day or night if I need her she is there. Helps me with any questions or troubles we may have at the salon. I would recommend Avant-Garde to anyone in need of a processing system!

I just had a great experience with AGMS customer service. Josh Hogan who is the Technical Operations Manager of AGMS answered my call; I had a problem logging in to my Gateway account and he immediately was able to discern the problem and more to the point, resolve it quickly and efficiently. Without my going into detail about the problem, suffice to say he was patient and knowledgeable and was able to get everything working again in short order. Josh went far above and beyond my expectations for a "normal" customer rep, let alone an Operations Manager--surely my type of problem would have been dealt with at the lowest level of customer service reps in any other company! It has been my experience that most customer service personnel are not willing to research or delve into unusual situations that can't be solved "from a script"--dealing with Josh was the exact opposite. He figured out the problem in no time at all and solved it with my being on hold for a very short (amazingly so!) time. He never made me feel as if I had done something wrong or stupid or caused the problem myself. In short--he seemed genuinely happy to be able to work on the issue and help out an AGMS customer. You just don't get good customer service like this every day. There are not enough words to thank Josh and commend him for his help; AGMS is lucky to have him and I am lucky to be an AGMS merchant.
