I DONT EVEN REMEBER APPLYING FOR THIS PLACE. I GOT A RANDOM CALL FROM NICK SAYING THAT HE HAD AND MY INFORMATION AND WITHOUT A DOUBT COULD GET ME APPROVED. i EXPLAINED TO HIM I DONT WANT MY TIME WASTED SO RUN MY CREDIT BEFORE HAND AND LET ME KNOW. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE ALREADY RAN MY CREDIT AND ABSOLUTELY GET ME APPROVED SINCE I HAD PAID OFF 2 CARS BEFORE. SO I SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH NICK TO COME IN. WELL ME BEING HESITANT I NEVER SHOWED UP FOR MY APPT. HE THEN TEXTED ME THE NEXT DAY ASKING WHERE I WAS BECAUSE I WAS APPROVED AND HE WANTED TO GET ME IN A CAR. SO I SET ANOTHER APPT. STILL VERY HESITANT I DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SECOND TIME. THEN I STARTED TO RECEIVE PHONE CALLS AND TEXT FROM NICK AND KATIE SAYING THAT I NEEDED TO COME IN BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY APPROVED AND THEY DIDNT WANT THE BANK TO DENY MY LOAN SINCE THEY WORKED HARD ON SECURING IT. I ASKED KATIE WAS I ALREADY APPROVED OR WERE THEY TRYING TO GET ME APPROVED? SHE ASSURED ME I WAS ALREADY APPROVED FOR $25,000. SO I SET THE 3RD APPT. AT THIS POINT I STARTED TO GET EXCITED ABOUT GETTING A NEW CAR. I MEAN THEY HARASSED ME FOR WEEKS SAYING I WAS ALREADY APPROVED THEY HAD RAN MY CREDIT AND EVERYTHING AT THIS POINT. SO I FINALLY DRIVE AN HOUR AWAY TO THERE LOCATION, FILL OUT PAPER WORK AND RETURN IT TO NICK. SHORTLY AFTER I STARTED TO GET NOTIFICATIONS ON MY PHONE SAYING THAT MY CREDIT REPORT HAD BEEN PULLED MULTIPLE TIMES. WHICH I THOUGHT WAS STRANGE BECAUSE THEY HARASSED ME FOR WEEKS SAYING I WAS ALREADY APPROVED. THAT IS WHEN I KNEW I SHOULD'VE JUST NEVER SHOWN UP LIKE I DID THE FIRST 2 TIMES. SO AFTER SITTING FOR A WHILE NICK COMES TO ME AND SAYS I CAN HELP YOU BUT NOT TODAY (IT WAS SATURDAY) I HAVE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE BANKS ON MONDAY. SO I AM PRETTY ANNOYED AT THIS POINT BECAUSE AGAIN THEY CONTINUED TO REACH OUT OVER AND OVER SAYING I WAS ALREADY APPROVED... SO I LEFT THERE STILL A LITTLE HOPEFUL AND ON MONDAY I REACHED OUT ABOUT THE BANK SITUATION AND NO RESPONSE...AFTER THEY HARASSED ME FOR WEEKS AND SWORE I WAS ALREADY APPROVED.. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!

I came in today and seen Daniel!! I couldnt be more happy with my service and the fact that he got me into a 2017!!!! I am beyond thankful and recommend him to everyone!!! If you want great service and people that are ready to work with you to get you into what you deserve this is the place to go!!

This dealership was great to work with! Daniel my sales rep was really enjoyable to work with as well as Nick the finance mgr. They made my experience in purchasing a vehicle quick and easy! I didn't feel pressured and they were up front with me on all the information pertaining to the purchase of the vehicle! Kudos to them for their professional and friendly mannerisms! Kathy

It only took me a year to finally give Auto Loan USA a chance. I've been turndown before and lost hope. Corey and Daniel made feel like they truly care for me as a customer. They made the process so easy. Great customer service across the board. Thank you Auto Loan USA for taking care of my husband and I. We'll be back for sure and I'll eventually get my Armada.

Waste of time. These guys call me almost a month after having my car and tell me they need another $400 down today or i have to return the vehicle couldnt wait 12 days until my payday. Ben is rude and tries to talk over you. Dont waste your time with these guys .

With terrible credit, I was surprised to be approved for a 2015 Nissan Sentra (with my mother as co-signer). I was asked to pay over $400 more than I had for the down payment but could drive the car home that day. I reluctantly agreed. 3 weeks passed & I was unable to come up with the $400+ payment. 2 weeks before my 1st payment to GM Finance was due, they repossessed the car. The salesman patronized me & basically called me a liar when I stated not knowing the $400+ was due roughly a week after I got the vehicle. Retrieval of all my belongings was a nightmare. It took 2+ weeks, dozens of phone calls, 3+ supervisors, & finally a bus trip to get my personal belongings out of the vehicle. Steer clear of this lot & all its contributors. They are in it for themselves & will do whatever they can to rip you off.

Do not go here they lied to us we drove three hours and they liked said that they have a couple cars that we where approved for and they lied we got there spent four hours there and left .thay didn't give me my pay stubs back and I called them to have them faxed to me they said ok two hours later still nothing so I called again and my number had been blocked so going through the other auto loan i got a different number for them called them and they said that the guy was busy and hung up so I called again and they kept giving me the run around so I had to tell them I will be back there in 30 min and will not be nice.thay sent it right away😂

Scott seemed a lot more preoccupied with "educating" me about my credit situation (I don't have lots of credit history) than showing me any cars. The interaction involved a lot of pointless hyperbole and Scott attempting to convey what an extraordinary favor he was doing me by providing me with options - albeit limited ones. We went to get lunch and Scott assured us he would be working diligently on this 'monumental' project. We returned to find that Scott had left without even the courtesy of a text message. His unprofessional and abrasive demeanor sent us running. So glad we did! Got a much lower payment on a 2015 just down the street. Avoid these crooks.

I called a week in advance to check my credit and make an appointment. They said yes drive 2 hrs to come there and then after waiting an hr they denied me for a different car. After telling me it was a go. I had to take the day off of work. They are not good and I don't recommend using this company at all. They stuck me with a car that was wrecked previously and now is expired to drive for Uber. Bad place Don't use them.
