This is the absolute worst place to finance a vehicle. Constant threats, rude women anytime you call. Constant harrassment. They LIE about anything and everything. I asked to talk to whomever was over the office manager and her (melissa cook's) response was " that would be Mr. Klaben and he does not talk to customers". Way to run a business. Was sent a letter telling me what i needed to pay to get my vehicle back and when i called they wanted all these other documents along with more money. That was not stated in the letter i received. I was told that they will send a new letter with what they want to get the vehicle back psshhh, unreal. Very unprofessional and any idiot knows that when you sign a letter its binding , so they screwed up and dont know how to do their job. Half the time you cant get who you need to talk to cause they are either out smoking, eating, or screwing off. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

The program is good, Klaben was excellent to work with! Unfortunately one bad apple can ruin the entire barrel and the person we deal with the most, which directly affects how we view the company, is beyond RUDE to everyone all the time for no reason!! I believe most customers would rate much higher if not for our extremely unpleasant interactions with said person!!

All and all good but when I traded in my car and explained that I traded it in they still hounded me and was very rude because the car dealer where I got my new car didnt pay old car off quickly auto loan got rude and said they were going to keep charging me late fees and said I was arguing with them, great customer service, yea right!

If you’re late a couple days be prepared for their pathetic threats and scare tactics. Terrible company and a true nightmare to do business with. In hindsight, I feel like I should have just bought a bus pass. Condescending, disrespectful, and simply Unprofessional.
