Auto Loan Acceptance is a car loan company that does indeed care for its customers. I have had a negative experience turned into a positive and happy experience and stress relief when I was experiencing some difficulty. Darla C helped me out IMMENSELY! I CANNOT THANK HER ENOUGH!

If allowed they wouldn't get any stars.This company is a joke. They repoed my car in error then instead of correcting it they say sorry for the mess up but theres nothing they can do. Well I am going to gather all the documents needed to show proof that it was an error on their behalf and I will take it to my lawyer. Then they had the nerve to say they can help me because they already issued a credit in Sept. While that is true they gave everyone the credit that lived in Florida due to everyone having to evacuate because of hurricane Irma. Im over this company and will encourage others to be done as well.

How hilarious... Were all these 5 star reviews made on the same day? They all say the same thing and the reviewer only has given one Google review if they have more than 1 review its for auto loan acceptance and wheel city bith of which are his business. .. LOL.. This shows you what a slime the owner is. Creates his own reviews. Anyhoo.... Worst company ever... Expect a million phone calls. Dealt with this company for about 2 years. Received a million phone calls stating my payment was late before the due date. Numerous occasions this company took the payment out of my account before it was due. Now let me explain my payment history with this business...I WAS NEVER LATE! NOT ONCE! Not once!!!!! NOT even one day late and they remove payment biweekly... So even if you pay on time every time this company will still proceed to call you prior to payment due date stating you're late and will continue to remove payment from your account before the due date... Beware of this company and if you find yourself unlucky to be with this company... Expect this creditor harrassment to occur... Good luck.Reply to response... Its not an accusation... Its a fact.

Had a mishap with my finances, and they didn't receive my first payment. (Since it takes them 3 or 4 days for some reason to collect payment.. )I've got other bills that come out of my account too. I received a phone call yesterday from a gentleman who works there and explained to me that I need to make a payment because it didn't go through with my bank. I explained to him that unfortunately I no longer had the finances to make the payment, that I get paid on the 30th and could make both payments at once and he said he would make a note and they will be waiting for my payment I was extremely thankful and went on with my day. Well, today I received a phone call from a different person, and when I explain the situation to her she says "there is nothing recorded from that conversation". I was then put on hold, only for her to come back and say that they can not do that for me. I asked if there was a call log of people who call customers about situations like this and she said they do, but she doesn't see anything regarding someone calling me. Then said "even if we did, we still couldn't do it because it's against policy" I dont care if it is or not, if you have staff telling people its allowed to set payments up like that, then as an Corporation you have to honor that, not change it up. Well, I've got the call log from the last phone call, and being told you dont have that on record makes this Corporation seem sneaky as hell. You might want to make sure that your staff is properly trained in your field of work. I've got many more payments to go, and shut off the auto payment option so this never happens again. I hope my experience with this Corporation improves greatly, because I am extremely angry about this whole situation.
