Not sure what’s the purpose of having me on hold for 15 minutes meanwhile you have a background conversation only to finally answer the phone and ask “what’s your zip code?” And transfer me to another location before even asking my name or what you could help with. All I had was a simple question. Won’t be wasting my time with you all.
