I emailed to inquire about why they were not reporting on my credit report a few months ago with no response. Do I decided to call and I was told that they were getting a new computer software and it should be updated within the next 30 days. So I called back about 45 to 60 days later because I did not see the update on my credit report for Transunion and was told to call back in another 30 days if I don't see a resolution. One lady was helping me And she transferred me to someone named Kelly. She told me the exact same thing and she seemed a little cynical and rude. She said that she wasn't the one who helped me previously but she's telling me now what is going on. I asked for the corporate office number and Kelly stated they don't have a corporate office number. Really?!? She told me to call back tomorrow to speak to their assistant manager Melanie bunch. I've already emailed her once with no response. I think customer service is very important and ensuring that you respond to customer's emails. They have failed on this and I am extremely disappointed
