Humiliated and disrespected are two appropriate words I can use to describe my experience. Was denied for a USDA loan with a 655 credit score based off of old student loans under closed accounts. Never mind that I met all of the qualifications of this loan. At best, I received a denial letter in the mail that was very inaccurate about the reason(s) of the denial and without so much as a phone call or "Thank you for applying for a loan with us." I wasn't even given any recommendations on things I can do to get approved. This was discrimination and ignorance at it's finest.

Our mutual clients rave to me about their experience working with him and his team through the home buying process / mortgage loan process. When working with Atlantic Bay staff in completing a home insurance request for a mortgage loan, Jason and his team respond very quickly, the communication is excellent and his office is very organized.
