The problem with this bank is that when you call they do not answer, I tried calling them several times and its like the phone number was changed. If you go on the website they do not provide a phone number either. The website is confusing and not well made. I would think a bank would have communication in order. The people are friendly though, and the banking over all is good and fair. Again its not being able to contact them but through email that is annoying.
