Won't come back here. When I first walked in the lady at the front desk who I later learned is the manager was rude and had an attitude. I almost grabbed all of my paperwork from her and walked out but wanted to see if I could get a cash advance. Another lady did my taxes but did not properly file. She submitted my taxes without asking me about direct deposit which means I will have to wait longer for a check. I submitted a schedule c in which all of the information I needed to submit was not on. She did not ask me all of the questions needed to give me the maximum refund. I know this because I have done my own taxes on turbo tax in the past so I know all of the questions. I received cash tips which she didn't ask me about and I also paid out of pocket for gas. Also, I received an email that same night from the bank that gives cash advances. I called 3 times the next day to get information regarding the email and no one could answer my questions. I was told that the lady that did my taxes would call me back to answer my questions but she never did. Just bad customer service. Overcharge for small refunds.

This place has poor service they lie about waiting time for loan call center no one can answer your questions and riverdale on 85 are all new ppl poor very poor management. I will tell you go to somewhere else or do it your self with turbo

Lamira was very pleasant to work with. I was greeted with a warm welcoming smile as she introduced herself. She politely asked for my documents and went right to work preparing my refund. It didnt take long and she professionally explained each section to me as i signed each. It was my first time there and I'm surely returning and referring ATC services. Great job Lamira and ATC for making my visit a comfortable and pleasant one.
