Brought a POA on 9/18/2018 to be added to my dying fathers account to handle his business for him. Wa told it would be sent to legal and would hear a response. I called on October 26 and there was nothing in the account as if they never received it even though I physically brought it into a bank associate and was told someone would get back to me. My father died on October 7th and then they try to tell me since he died the POA is void anyway. Well that doesn’t matter because if you would have added me to the account in the first place I would have been added to it before he passed. Terrible service and customer support.
