ASI has the worst customer service. Every time I call I am on hold forever, today the recording said 19 people were ahead of me. I have tried going online to get help but there system failed to allow me to create a user ID or password. I have a savings account and auto loan here but I think it's time to take my business and my money elsewhere. Avoid this place unless you love being on hold.
