Today I went into ASE-Millbrook to close my accounts, checking & savings. I was using two different banks & wanted to consolidate everything at one place; because I had been using the other bank for over 30 years, I was going to close out ASE's. Morgan Boone was assisting me & although I was closing accounts her friendly, professional attitude never changed. She did inquire why I was closing them & then informed me of a checking account that paid 4% interest & figured out how much this would pay me monthly based on my current balance. Due to this information I decided that it would be in my best interest to remain at ASE & close accounts at other bank. Thanks Morgan for your time, the information & your friendly, courteous service.

I would rate it no stars if possible. Terrible excuse for a bank let alone a business limited to no access to my money when it's needed they have given away my personal information to a stranger over the phone and refused to let me dispute the charges made on my account after they gave away my sensitive information. Terrible establishment with the honest exception of two women that are very nice and helpful the rest of them are rude and quite useless and my expiriences at this particular location have ensured that I will never trust Alabama state employees credit union again at any location. It would be more productive to demolish this location and put up a second Sonic less than ten feet from the other than to allow this lazy establishment to continue handling people's personal income

Michelle Thompson Is The Absolute Greatest Loan Officer Of All Time! She Has Proven Herself Time After Time With Assisting Me With Difficult Times, And Health Crisis. She Has Never Given Up Or Given In. She Has Always Kept Her Word, And I Have Never Had To Remind Her Of Anything. She Takes Customer Service To A Whole New Level By Going Over And Beyond! I Will Be Getting All My Future Loans From ASE For Now On, Because The Experience Has Been The Best!

Terrible excuse for a bank. Shady business practices. You force me to accept terms in order to gain access to my account. In those terms it states that you are limiting electronic transactions to $5,000 a month.On top of that, you won’t even accept change unless it’s “rolled”. It’s legal tender! ACTUAL MONEY! If you won’t even put MY MONEY into MY ACCOUNT then what good are you as a bank to me?? Your terms are garbage.Your fired and we will no longer be conducting business together. Very disappointing

This bank likes charging NSF fees for pending transactions that never actually post! Then when you explain to them that it's not actually pending charges, but authorization holds that fall off your account within 3 to 4 days without ever posting, they will keep NSF fees they like charging you even after they see the damn proof that funds were actually there for the transactions you made minus the authorization holds . It's 2019 and you would think they would understand online transactions by now but they refuse to actually listen to you. Instead they are rude and just tell you not to make online transactions... I guess I should also go by a VCR and pay Blockbuster a visit. Maybe everyone with an Android phone or Amazon shippers should go back to Walmart for all their Christmas shopping as well. Online transactions are bad. LMAO! They are theives that just like to seize on any opportunities to charge fees. Go to a modernized bank
