Guy at The counter was rude . Acted like I was just gonna waste his time would not let me open an account . I was referred to come here but after today I wouldn’t step foot in that building.

HORRIBLE customer service. Never any help any time I call and ALWAYS have a horrible attitude. I went in to get a debit card and the woman lied or didnt even know how to do her job. Told me 7-10 days. She never actually ordered it and it's actually 10-14 days. So I waited 3 weeks for NOTHING and now I'm waiting again. Also asked to change my address and she didnt do that either. Untrained and unfriendly. I wish I could give 0 stars. Also, CHARGING if I dont use my credit card?? They act more like a BANK than a credit union. Their supposed to protect your money not take it.

Everyone. Please save yourself from any loans from this poor bank. They have the rudest people that threaten you over loans. But this bank finds ways to take your direct deposits and say it went towards fees and so on. But my question is why didn’t it go towards the loans. Then they send people to your house and talk about they can do this and that. Also this bank needs to learn about federal laws, they are not allowed to call people that are not on your loans and disclose your business. They are only allowed to call your references and say they are trying to reach you and that’s it. Not disclose your personal information. So yeah, screw this sorry ass bank!!

Not sure why they aren't able to keep good caring people but since they've updated the building they're customer service does not coincide with it good looks. Call, leave messages, but never get a response. After finally speaking to someone in reference to the issue, I was told they were busy with people coming into the facility...I guess my issue isn't as important since I'm calling. They're really degressing.

Lady in drive thru hits my mirror with the metal sliding door and all her supervisor could do was tell me that I was to blame. So glad I'm not a customer there.

The company they order their debit & credit cards from is irresponsible and a true pain, they should go back to issuing the cards themselves, and the entrance and exit drive way needs smoothing out.....leaving that place is a hard bump.
