We regard the staff and the establishment as ethical, competent, and reasonably priced. When a jewelry-related situation occurs, my mother and I for over a decade have been going to Art Carl Jewelers & AC Loan to resolve the issue(s) e.g.-repairs, designing an item, and/or finding something interesting to purchase, there is no reason to go anywhere else. Boris and Michael, always a pleasure stopping by your shop. My mother and I are very happy with pendant #1 created for me, we love the design and appreciate all the details incorporated in the piece.
