Horrible roasts !!! This is the second time that I bought a whole Ribeye Roast at a premium price from them and both were HORRIBLE !!! Both times I asked the staff to pick out a good one for me. Had it sliced into a roast and steaks. The meat was so tough it should have been labeled "bottom round roast for stew".I will never spend the money on their Ribeye again. Big Y has MUCH BETTER quality meat !!! I even tried marinating the steaks, and they were still tough. I used to shop there years ago .... now I remember why I don't buy beef from them anymore. So disappointed.
