Feedback:

Everyone has their own opinions about this place. I went today for my first time to open an account with a very wild toddler. They were nothing but patient and understanding gave him a lollie to keep him busy. Opened my accounts with no issues explaining all I needed to know. I got to talking about loans because I am in the process of trying to get approved and they were very patient and answered all my stupid questions I had with kindness. I had a great experience here. Very friendly staff.

Feedback:

This place loves tacking on fees. Then they don’t tell you this but there is a delay in time (an unknown amount of time as no one at the bank could tell me how long this is) when transferring money from your savings to checking account and if you use your debit card immediately after transferring they hit you with a fee for every transaction made because even though it shows you that the funds were immediately transferred using the mobile app, the money was not immediately transferred (causing overdraft fees each time you use your debit card before the system actually transfers your money to/from accounts). One day I used the mobile app to transfer money from my savings (as I get my paycheck direct deposited and it defaults into my savings) into my checking account so I could use my debit card to do my Christmas shopping. The app showed an instant transfer of funds to my checking. I then used my debit card to make numerous purchases at different retailers at the mall. A few days later I noticed my checking account was somehow in the negative & discovered numerous $8 fees applied to my account after every purchase I made using my debit card. There was about 10 total. These fees were labeled overdraft fees. Angry and wanting answers I went into the branch and inquired what the hell was going on. All they could tell me was that there is an unknown delay in time when you transfer funds from account to account and that I used my debit card too soon. I then asked why this is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the fine print and not made known when transferring funds and asked why it appears as if funds are immediately transferred on the mobile app. No one could give me an answer nor could anyone tell me how long it takes for funds to actually transfer. Unbelievable. Even more unbelievable they would not take these fees off even though I was completely unaware of this issue so I ended up having to pay $80+ for fees that I should have never had to pay. Then, they have ONE employee, ONE, who handles all debit card accounts. I have had to contact her multiple times in regards to issues with my debit card & almost all of the time she wasn’t much help. No one else at the bank knows anything more so don’t count on much help if god forbid you have a problem w/ your debit card. It’s kind of scary to think that only 1 employee handles all of the debit card stuff and what would happen if god forbid that employee quits/is fired/or worse?? The most recent time that I contacted this employee in regards to a debit card problem really convinced me that I must make it a priority to get all of my money out of this place & go somewhere else. I had a very impatient, hungry, and tired 1 year old w/ me & was at Walmart. I just finished ringing up an entire cart full of groceries at self checkout & went to use my debit card to pay. I just got paid & there should have been more than enough money in my account to cover my purchase however the pay terminal kept declining my card. Frustrated & at my wits end I contact the bank who then tells me to contact this employee which I then did. Asking what the deal was w/ my debit card and inquiring as to why it is being declined all employee could tell me was I already made too many purchases that day. Confused I then said to her no I haven’t used my card but maybe once or twice within the past 24 hours and that is wrong. All she could tell me was to keep repeating that I made too many transactions w/ my debit card within the past 24 hours & after a dozen or so transactions in a 24 hour period, the card locks up and can’t be used again until that 24 hours is up. Over & over I kept repeating back to her that no that is definitely wrong and I did not use my card close to that amount of times. I had to be to preschool to pick my son up & stressed to employee that this needs cleared up & then she tells me she can’t do anything because internet wasn’t working on her end. Really? Wow. I ended up not getting issue resolved, had to leave everything at self checkout, & was late getting my son. Never got the issue resolved.

Feedback:

Make sure you count your money to confirm they gave / deposited the correct amount because one of the tellers ALWAYS miscounts & always believes you gave her less than you did.
